The Medical Saunas Medical 4 is a two-person indoor full spectrum infrared sauna built from natural hemlock. The exterior measures 48 in wide by 42 in deep by 77 in high, the interior 44 x 38 x 69 in, and the cabin weighs 385 lb. A tempered glass door opens into a cabin with a deep bench and built-in backrest, and a roof vent lets you adjust airflow during a session.
Six full spectrum infrared heaters surround the bench so heat reaches the back, sides and legs of both occupants. The sauna runs on standard 120 V household power at 1,700 W and plugs into a regular 15 A outlet, so no electrician is needed as long as the circuit is not shared with other high-draw appliances.
