The Luraco iRobotics 9 Max Plus Royal Edition is the highest configuration of Luraco's ninth-generation chair, hand-built to order in Arlington, Texas. Mechanically it matches the Special Edition; what distinguishes it is finish and personalization. The owner's nameplate is a solid block of 18-karat gold, and the armrest and footrest trim, the remote control cover, and the massage roller arms visible through the backrest are 18-karat gold plated. Personalization extends into the chair's software: the keypad displays the owner's name, a leather nametag carries it, and the owner's photo appears on the remote's welcome screen.

The chair is built around two 3D roller mechanisms, Luraco's patented Butterfly design, that travel a patented split L-track 60 inches long from the neck down the back and under the seat to the glutes, combining the spinal contour of an S-track with the seat coverage of an L-track. The dual mechanisms let the back and lower body receive roller massage at the same time. One hundred air cells, driven by twelve motors, cover the shoulders, biceps, arms, hands, hips, calves, and feet. Patented hand rollers work the palms, the armrests are motorized so they slide open for entry and close into position, and the same actuators pull the arms into a stretch during stretching programs. The calf and foot section has tripled foot rollers plus calf rollers with nodes for the Achilles tendon, and a patented three-stage footrest extends up to 8 inches. Heat is independently adjustable in the lower back, hands, and feet, and the chair pre-warms before a session.

Nine auto programs and seven manual techniques run at five intensity levels in each of six body regions, with five user profiles storing individual settings. A body scan positions the rollers for users from 4 feet 7 to 6 feet 10, stretching programs use the powered footrest, backrest, and armrests together with an air-driven body twist, and recline ranges from 120 to 170 degrees including zero gravity. The chair uses Luraco's patented noise-reduction design and includes sleep mode, pause, and self-diagnostics.

Controls are on a wireless touchscreen remote with voice responses in seven languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean). The chair includes a 10-watt Bluetooth speaker with password-protected pairing, unlimited over-the-air software updates, a Qi wireless phone charging pad, a USB port, an emergency backup power supply that returns the chair upright if power fails mid-session, and a Luraco blood pressure monitor.
