This is a compact folding treadmill built for walking and light jogging in a home where floor space is the limiting factor. Folded it stands 32.5 inches deep, which is narrow enough to sit beside a wardrobe or behind a door, and the soft-drop mechanism lowers the deck under control rather than letting it fall.
The 2.25 horsepower continuous-duty motor drives the belt from 0.5 to 7.5 mph. That range covers a slow walk through to a steady jog, and the motor is rated continuous rather than peak, so the figure is what it sustains rather than a momentary maximum.
Twelve preset programs are built into the console alongside a manual mode, and three manual incline positions let you set a fixed climb before a session. Everything runs from the console itself — no app, no account and no subscription.
Key Features
2.25 HP continuous-duty motor
- Rated continuous rather than peak, so it is the output the motor sustains under load.
- Speed range 0.5 to 7.5 mph in incremental steps.
- Holds pace steadily rather than surging between settings.
12 built-in programs
- Twelve preset programs, P01 through P12, stored on the console.
- Vary pace automatically through a session instead of holding one speed.
- Manual mode available whenever you would rather drive it yourself.
- No app, account or subscription needed for any of them.
Three-level manual incline
- Three fixed incline positions, set by hand before a session.
- Adds intensity to a walk without increasing speed.
- Adjusted at the frame rather than from the console, so choose your level before you start.
Easy-fold with soft-drop system
- Folds to 32.5" × 26.5" × 57", a footprint narrow enough to store against a wall or behind a door.
- Soft-drop mechanism lowers the deck under control instead of dropping under its own weight.
- No tools and no disassembly to fold or unfold.
5-inch blue-backlit LCD
- Shows speed, distance, time, calories and pulse.
- Blue backlighting keeps the readout legible in a dim room.
- Five inches across, readable at a glance without leaning in.
Controls and pulse sensors on the handrails
- Speed control and start/stop built into the handrails, within reach mid-stride.
- Contact pulse sensors in the grips, displayed on the console.
- No need to reach forward to the console to change pace.
Emergency stop switch
- Safety key and emergency stop positioned within easy reach.
- Halts the belt immediately if you separate from the machine.
Cushioned rubber belt
- Rubber running belt on a cushioned deck.
- Cushioning on both sides of the deck.
- Softer underfoot than walking on a hard floor.
Two water bottle holders
- Two separate holders built into the console shelf.
- Keeps a bottle within reach without setting it on the frame.

Is This the Right Treadmill for You?
- Good fit if you want to walk, incline-walk or jog at home and floor space is your main constraint. Folded to 32.5 inches deep, it stores in places a full-size treadmill cannot go.
- Good fit if you want programs and pace variety without an app, an account or a monthly fee.
- Not sized for sustained running. The belt is 47 by 16 inches. Running treadmills are typically 20 inches wide and 55 to 60 inches long, because a running stride lengthens as you tire and needs the room. Use this one for walking and light jogging, and look at a 20 by 55 inch deck or larger if you plan to run regularly.
- Check the weight limit. Maximum user weight is 220 lb. This is a structural limit, not a guideline, and it is lower than many treadmills — confirm it before ordering.
- The incline is manual. You set it by hand before starting, not from the console mid-workout. If you want incline that changes during a session, you need a powered-incline model.
- Ceiling height. Add your own height to the deck height, and remember incline raises the front of the machine.
Care and Maintenance
- After each use: wipe down the console, handrails and side rails, and keep the belt surface clean and dry.
- Monthly: check belt tension and centring, and follow the manual's deck lubrication schedule.
- Regularly: vacuum beneath and around the motor cover with the treadmill unplugged.
- Always: unplug before cleaning, folding for extended storage, or any maintenance, and refer to the user manual for full care instructions.
Safety Information
Always attach the safety key before starting a workout. Start the belt at a low speed and step on from the side rails rather than mounting a moving belt. Keep children and pets away from the treadmill while it is running, and keep the area behind the machine clear. Do not exceed the 220 lb maximum user weight. Use on a flat, level, hard surface. Remove the safety key when the treadmill is not in use, and keep hands, feet and children clear of the deck while folding or unfolding.
Pulse, distance and calorie figures shown on the console are estimates intended for tracking your own activity over time. They are not medical measurements and should not be relied on for any clinical purpose. If you have a heart, joint, balance or mobility condition, or you have been inactive for a long period, consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise routine.
