This two-person far infrared sauna is built from Canadian hemlock, a light softwood that holds heat well and takes on little scent when warm, with a clear-grain finish suited to a home gym, basement, or spare room. Eight far infrared heating panels are positioned around the cabin to warm both seats from multiple sides, drawing 2000 W in total. A smartphone app connects to the sauna so you can switch it on, set the temperature up to 145°F, and start the session timer from another room or from outside the house, letting the cabin preheat before you arrive. From a cold start the sauna reaches its typical operating range of 130°F to 140°F in about 30 to 45 minutes depending on room temperature. Built-in Bluetooth speakers pair with a phone for audio, and 7-color LED lighting sets the cabin's ambient color from the same controls. The sauna runs on 110–120 V and requires a dedicated 20 A circuit; confirm your outlet and breaker before ordering. Prefabricated panels assemble with the included instructions. For indoor use.
