Six low-EMF carbon infrared heating panels, 1,750 watts total, are positioned on the rear wall, both side walls, and beneath the bench, so warmth reaches your back, sides, and calves evenly instead of from one direction. Carbon panels spread far-infrared heat across a wide surface for a soft, enveloping feel at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna, and their low electromagnetic field output is rated under 8 mG at the panel surface. The cabin heats to a maximum of 140°F, with an ideal operating range of 120-130°F, and a roof vent keeps fresh air circulating.

Double-wall panel construction with tongue-and-groove Hemlock helps the cabin hold heat, so it warms up efficiently and runs on a standard 110V, 15-amp household outlet with no special wiring.
