The Garvee G-Sauna-2 is a two-person far infrared sauna built from Canadian hemlock, a light softwood that holds heat well and takes on little scent when warm. Six carbon fiber heating panels surround the seated user: two on the back wall, one on each side wall, one on the front below the bench, and one in the floor, for heat from every direction. Together they draw 1900 W, bringing the cabin from room temperature to a set point between 64°F and 149°F in about 10 to 20 minutes, with 125°F as the manufacturer's recommended setting. Two LCD control panels, one on the exterior beside the door and one inside, set temperature and session time, switch the lighting, and run the audio; the control board self-tests and sounds an alarm if it detects a fault, and a 230°F over-temperature cutoff and leakage protection shut power off if either is triggered. Two built-in Bluetooth speakers with MP3 and FM input play audio, a ceiling reading lamp lights the bench, and a 7-color chromotherapy light sets the cabin's ambient color. A wall-mounted oxygen ionizer, an adjustable roof vent, and a cup holder round out the interior. The full-height 6 mm tempered glass door has a wooden handle, and a narrow glass window on the right side wall adds light.
