This is a compact folding treadmill for walking and jogging at home or in an office, built around a 48.5 by 16.7 inch belt and a 3.0 HP peak motor. It arrives fully assembled — unfold it, plug it in and walk.
Speed runs from 0.6 to 8.0 mph (1 to 12.8 km/h), covering a slow walk through to a steady jog at roughly a seven-and-a-half-minute mile. Two preset buttons jump straight to 3 or 5 mph, so changing pace does not mean holding an arrow key through the range.
Folded, it stands upright at 30.5 by 18.5 inches of floor, and built-in wheels roll it into a corner or a cupboard. The frame carries a 242.5 lb maximum user weight.

Is This the Right Treadmill for You?
- Good fit if you want to walk or jog at home or in an office and floor space is the constraint. Folded to 30.5 by 18.5 inches, it stores where a full-size treadmill will not.
- Good fit if you do not want to assemble anything. It arrives ready to use.
- Good fit if you want a machine you can start using the day it lands, with audio and tracking built in and no app or subscription involved.
- The belt is 16.7 inches wide. Running treadmills are typically 20 inches wide and 55 to 60 inches long. This one is sized for walking and jogging — at 48.5 inches long and 16.7 wide there is not much margin at the top of the speed range, so look at a 20 by 55 inch deck if you plan to run regularly.
- There is no incline. The deck is fixed flat, with no manual or powered adjustment.
- The phone holder takes phones, not tablets. Maximum device width is 8.5 cm (3.3 in), so an iPad will not fit.
- Do not use it on carpet. Carpet restricts airflow to the motor and can cause it to overheat. Use it on a hard, flat, level surface.
- Maximum user weight is 242.5 lb. This is a structural limit, not a guideline.
Care and Maintenance
- After each use: wipe down the console, handrails and belt surface, and keep the machine clean and dry.
- Always use on a hard floor rather than carpet, to keep airflow to the motor clear.
- Monthly: check belt tension and centring, and apply the supplied lubricant on the schedule given in the manual.
- Regularly: vacuum beneath and around the machine with it unplugged.
- Always: unplug before cleaning, folding for extended storage, or any maintenance.
Safety Information
Always clip the safety key to your clothing before starting a workout. Start the belt at a low speed and step on from the side rails rather than mounting a moving belt. Keep children and pets away from the treadmill while it is running, and keep the area behind the machine clear. Do not exceed the 242.5 lb maximum user weight. Use on a flat, level, hard surface and never on carpet. Remove the safety key when the treadmill is not in use, and keep hands, feet and children clear of the deck while folding or unfolding.
Step count, distance and calorie figures shown on the console are estimates intended for tracking your own activity over time. They are not medical measurements and should not be relied on for any clinical purpose. If you have a heart, joint, balance or mobility condition, or you have been inactive for a long period, consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise routine.
