The "2-in-1" is the whole point of this machine, and it is worth being precise about what the two are. Risers up, it is a running treadmill that reaches 10.5 mph on a 49 by 20 inch belt. Risers folded down, it becomes an under-desk walking pad capped at 3 mph, driven from a handheld remote so you never reach for a console while you are working.
Folded, it lies completely flat at 6.5 inches high. That is low enough to slide under a bed, a sofa or a desk, which is the difference between a treadmill you store and one that lives in the middle of your room. Built-in wheels move it there without lifting.
The frame carries a 265 lb maximum user weight and the belt is a 5-layer shockproof, anti-slip construction. An LED touchscreen tracks the session, a Bluetooth speaker plays your audio, and a companion app records and shares your results.
Key Features
Two machines in one frame — running mode and under-desk mode
- Running mode: risers raised, handrail up, speed 0.6 to 10.5 mph.
- Under-desk mode: risers folded flat, speed 0.6 to 3 mph, controlled by remote.
- Switch between the two without tools.
- One machine covers a working day at a desk and a proper run after it.
Folds flat to 6.5 inches
- Folded dimensions 61" × 31" × 6.5" — it lies flat rather than standing upright.
- Low enough to store under a bed, a sofa or a desk.
- Built-in wheels roll it into place without lifting.
- No tools and no disassembly to fold.
Remote control for desk work
- Handheld remote operates the treadmill in under-desk walking mode.
- Change pace without breaking off what you are doing or reaching for the console.
- Remote takes 2 × AA batteries, which are not included.
App tracking and Bluetooth audio
- Connect a smartphone to the companion app to track and share your results.
- Switch the speed display between miles and kilometres through the app.
- Built-in Bluetooth speaker plays audio from your phone while you train.
- Phone shelf keeps your device in view.
49" × 20" five-layer belt
- 20 inches wide, the standard width for running rather than a narrowed walking belt.
- Five-layer construction, shockproof and anti-slip.
- Cushioned underfoot compared with walking on a hard floor.
LED touchscreen console
- Shows speed, distance, time, calories and pulse.
- Touch controls rather than physical buttons.
- Readable at a glance while walking or running.
Speed-synchronised lighting
- Coloured lights along the deck change with belt speed.
- Gives a visual read on your pace without looking down at the console.
265 lb maximum user weight
- Above the 220 to 250 lb typical of folding walking pads.
- Machine weight of 106 lb keeps the frame planted at speed.

Is This the Right Treadmill for You?
- Good fit if you want to walk while you work and run when you are not. Most walking pads stop at 4 mph; this one goes to 10.5 with the risers up.
- Good fit if storage is the constraint. At 6.5 inches folded it goes places an upright-folding treadmill cannot.
- Good fit if you want a 20-inch-wide belt rather than the 16 to 17 inches common on compact machines.
- The deck is 49 inches. That is shorter than a dedicated running treadmill, which typically runs 55 to 60 inches. It handles jogging and shorter runs well, but taller runners at sustained high speed will want a longer deck.
- The remote works in under-desk mode. In running mode you use the console. Worth knowing if you were expecting remote control throughout.
- Do not use it on carpet. Carpet restricts airflow to the motor and can cause it to overheat. Use it on a hard, flat, level surface.
- Maximum user weight is 265 lb. This is a structural limit, not a guideline.
Care and Maintenance
- After each use: wipe down the console, handrails and belt surface, and keep the machine clean and dry.
- Always use on a hard floor rather than carpet, to keep airflow to the motor clear.
- Monthly: check belt tension and centring, and follow the manual's lubrication schedule.
- Regularly: vacuum beneath and around the machine with it unplugged.
- Remote: replace the 2 × AA batteries when response becomes intermittent.
- Always: unplug before cleaning, folding for extended storage, or any maintenance.
Safety Information
Start the belt at a low speed and step on from the side rails rather than mounting a moving belt. Keep children and pets away from the treadmill while it is running, and keep the area behind the machine clear. Do not exceed the 265 lb maximum user weight. Use on a flat, level, hard surface and never on carpet. Keep hands, feet and children clear of the deck while folding or unfolding, and unplug the machine when it is not in use. In under-desk mode, keep the remote where you can reach it and stay aware of the belt while your attention is on your work.
Pulse, distance and calorie figures shown on the console and in the app are estimates intended for tracking your own activity over time. They are not medical measurements and should not be relied on for any clinical purpose. If you have a heart, joint, balance or mobility condition, or you have been inactive for a long period, consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise routine.
