The Atlanta Hot Tub
A compact outdoor spa built around two reclining lounges side by side, with a third bucket seat alongside. At just 29.53 inches tall, the Atlanta is designed to go where larger spas can't — stood on edge it passes through a standard front door, so a courtyard, a walled garden or an enclosed patio reached only through the house is still an option.
Please note: this spa is hard-wired, not plug-in. It requires a dedicated 40 A / 240 V circuit, 6 AWG copper four-wire including ground, installed by a licensed electrician with a GFCI disconnect. Most jurisdictions require a permit and inspection. Budget the electrical work alongside the spa.
Two loungers, side by side
Most two-person spas sit you facing each other or shoulder to shoulder in upright seats. The Atlanta gives each person a full reclining lounge, positioned next to each other, so two people can stretch out without negotiating for legroom. A third bucket seat sits alongside. The MySeat™ design accommodates different heights, so a tall and a short bather are each positioned properly in their own seat rather than one of them floating or folded up.
37 jets, all adjustable
Individually adjustable neck jets sit at the upper back of each lounge and direct flow across the shoulders and nape. Dedicated leg massage jets run along the footwell, with further jets distributed through the seating for whole-body coverage. Every jet adjusts for flow strength, so you can dial a seat up or down without changing the whole spa.
Equipment
A Gecko in.yj-2 control pack runs the spa, operated from an Easy 4 backlit LCD keypad — a straightforward multi-function panel that stays readable in daylight and at night. A 4 kW heater brings the water up, and a single 2 HP dual-speed pump handles both duties: low speed for continuous filtration and heating, high speed for the jets. Water passes through a Superfine paper cartridge filter, with an ozone generator injecting into the circulating water as part of the water-care routine. Twelve LEDs light the shell, and there's a single drain.
Construction
A WPS (Wellis PolyStyrol) frame reinforced with polyurethane, polyfoam insulation, and a white acrylic shell. The base is a reinforced one-piece moulded ABS floor pan whose sides extend upward to form a moisture- and insect-proof barrier around the structure — the part of a spa that usually fails first, sealed. The cabinet is grey with HorizontSide™ UV-proof, wood-textured panelling: it reads as timber but won't split, grey out or need refinishing.

Getting it in
Stood on edge for delivery, the spa presents a 29.53-inch face to the opening with 62.99 inches of height — under a standard 80-inch door head with room to spare. A typical 36-inch exterior door gives about 34 inches of clear opening once the frame and stops are counted, so that clears comfortably. A 32-inch door is very tight, and a 30-inch door will not work. Measure the clear opening, not the nominal door size, and check gate widths, corners and any turn radius on the route.
Siting
Filled and occupied the spa weighs around 2,700 lb across roughly 37 square feet — about 73 lb per square foot. Put it on a level base built to the owner's manual's specification, and don't site it on a deck, balcony or raised structure without an engineer's assessment. Leave service access to the equipment bay.
Please note
No thermal cover is included. A cover is strongly recommended — it is the main thing keeping heating costs down, and a locking cover is the standard safety barrier where children have access. Check your local requirements before installation.

Who it's for
Couples who want to recline side by side rather than sit upright facing each other, and anyone whose spa has to physically get through a house or a narrow gate to reach the yard. The third seat means an occasional guest isn't left out.
Before you use it
Hot water immersion carries real risks. Keep the water at or below 104°F, limit soaks to 15–20 minutes, and get out if you feel dizzy, drowsy or nauseated. Do not use alcohol or drugs before or during a soak. Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, circulatory problems or diabetes. Children should use the spa only under close adult supervision and for shorter periods, and it should be covered and secured whenever unattended — an uncovered spa is a drowning hazard. Never soak alone, and keep electrical appliances away from the water.
