This is a far infrared sauna, and the distinction is worth making before anything else. A traditional sauna heats the air around you until the room is hot enough to make you sweat. An infrared cabin warms your body directly with radiant heat while the air stays comfortable and easy to breathe, which is why sessions can run longer and gentler. There is no stove, no stones and no water — nothing is poured onto anything.
Seven carbon heating panels line the cabin, spreading warmth across broad surfaces rather than radiating from a single hot point. Carbon panels are the reason an infrared cabin feels evenly warm rather than scorching on one side.
The cabin is Canadian Hemlock, the traditional choice for sauna interiors: pale and close-grained, comfortable to the touch at temperature, naturally low in resin so nothing bleeds or scents the cabin as it warms, and stable enough not to warp through repeated heat cycles. At 1200 × 900 mm it seats two side by side on a 1099 mm bench, in a footprint not much larger than an armchair and a half.
Key Features
Seven carbon heating panels
- Carbon panel emitters spread heat across a wide surface rather than concentrating it in hot spots.
- Panels positioned around the cabin so warmth reaches you from more than one direction.
- Radiant heat warms the body directly rather than heating the air first.
Canadian Hemlock cabin
- Hemlock boards throughout, the traditional sauna softwood.
- Stays comfortable to the touch at operating temperature and does not splinter readily.
- Naturally low in resin, so nothing bleeds from the wood as it warms.
- Pale, clean grain with a light, even tone.
Seats two
- Bench 1099 mm wide by 415 mm deep, seating two people side by side.
- Seat load capacity 249 kg (549 lb).
- Room for one person to sit with space to spare, or two for a shared session.
Colour lighting
- Square colour-changing light panel set into the cabin.
- Colour-changing LED strips running through the interior.
- Adjustable ambience, from bright to low.
Compact footprint for a two-person cabin
- 1200 × 900 mm on the floor — wider than a single-person cabin but still a corner-of-the-room proposition rather than a dedicated room.
- 1900 mm tall, standing under a standard ceiling.
- Fits spare bedrooms, home offices, basements and garages.

Infrared or Traditional — Which Do You Want?
- Infrared (this cabin). Radiant heat warms your body directly while the air stays breathable, so sessions can be longer and gentler. It fits a spare room and needs no plumbing, no stove and no stones. There is no steam and no water — nothing is poured onto anything.
- Traditional. Heats the air to 80–95°C with a stove and stones, and you ladle water over the stones for steam. A more intense, shorter session and the classic Finnish ritual, but it needs a much larger cabin and a hardwired high-amperage circuit fitted by an electrician.
- The practical difference: if you want steam and searing heat, you want a traditional sauna. If you want to sit in warmth for half an hour in a spare room, this is the one.
Before You Order
- It is a seated cabin. At 1900 mm external height you sit rather than stand, which is normal for an infrared cabin of this size.
- Measure the route, not just the room. The cabin is 1200 mm wide assembled and ships flat — check doorways, stairs and turns for the cartons rather than the finished cabin.
- Allow clearance behind and beside the cabin for airflow and for the power cord to run without being pinched.
- Indoor use only. This is not a weatherproof outdoor structure.
- No water. This is a dry infrared cabin. Do not pour water anywhere inside it or onto any component.
- Check the electrical requirement in the owner's manual before ordering, and confirm the outlet and circuit at your intended location.
Care and Maintenance
- After each use: leave the door open so the cabin airs out and dries fully.
- Regularly: wipe the bench and interior surfaces with a dry or barely damp cloth, and sit on a towel during sessions to keep sweat off the wood.
- Never use chemical cleaners, solvents or oils on the interior wood, and never wet the heating panels.
- Periodically: check the power cord and plug for damage, and keep the area around the cabin clear.
- Refer to the user manual for the full care schedule.
Safety Information
Indoor use only. Plug the sauna directly into a suitable wall outlet rather than an extension lead or multi-way adaptor, and do not run the cord under carpet or where it can be pinched. Keep the area around the cabin clear and do not place anything against the heating panels or drape items over them. Do not pour water inside the cabin or onto any component. Do not exceed the stated seat load capacity. Do not leave children unattended in or near the sauna, and never leave it running unattended. Unplug it when not in use.
Sauna bathing raises your core body temperature and heart rate. Limit sessions, cool down afterwards and drink water. Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, circulatory problems, or any other medical condition, or you are taking medication, consult a qualified physician before using a sauna.
