3G Cardio Elite Runner X – Commercial-Grade Treadmill with Ortho Flex Shock™ Suspension
The Elite Runner X is a full commercial-grade treadmill built for serious distance running at home. The running platform measures 22 by 62 inches — oversized by home treadmill standards, and the specification that matters most if you are training for distance, because stride length grows as you tire and a short deck is what puts runners on the rear roller at mile ten.
Underneath it sits 3G Cardio's Ortho Flex Shock™ suspension, and driving it is a club-rated 4.0 HP motor that accelerates from 0 to 12 mph in 18 seconds. The frame carries a 400 lb maximum user weight and the machine itself is heavy enough to stay planted at full speed.
FreeSync™ with FTMS Bluetooth® connects the treadmill to the training apps you already use on your phone or tablet, over the open FTMS standard rather than a proprietary link. There is no subscription attached to the machine and nothing to renew.
Key Features
22" × 62" running platform — oversized for distance running
- 22 inches wide by 62 inches long.
- The length accommodates a full running stride, including the longer stride of a fatigued runner late in a session.
- The width leaves margin for lateral drift rather than demanding you hold a centred line.
- Orthopedic belt construction.
Ortho Flex Shock™ suspension system
- Commercial suspension system built into the deck.
- Absorbs footstrike impact across the length of the platform.
- Contributes to a quieter running surface as well as a softer one.
Club-rated 4.0 HP motor
- 4.0 HP high-torque motor rated for club duty rather than light home use.
- Speed range 0.5 to 12 mph.
- Accelerates from 0 to 12 mph in 18 seconds, which is what makes interval and HIIT work practical rather than frustrating.
- Motor is covered for the life of the treadmill in residential use.
FreeSync™ with FTMS Bluetooth® — no subscription
- Connects to phones and tablets over FTMS, the open Bluetooth standard for fitness machines.
- Works with compatible third-party training apps rather than a single proprietary platform.
- No membership or subscription is required to use any function of the treadmill.
15% incline across 15 levels
- Powered incline to a 15% grade.
- One-touch elevation settings alongside one-touch speed.
- Step-up height is 7.5 inches flat, rising to 14 inches at full incline.
Built-in programs and heart rate control
- Pre-programmed courses and fitness tests built into the console.
- Heart rate control programs that hold a target zone by adjusting the machine.
- Dual contact grips in the handrails for pulse readings.
- Custom programs you can build and save.
Console and entertainment
- Matte-finish zero-glare display, readable without reflection under room lighting.
- Built-in dual speakers with MP3 and auxiliary audio inputs.
- Multi-speed adjustable cooling fan.
- Smart Zone™ device holder and dual water bottle holders.
400 lb maximum user weight
- Frame rated to 400 lb, well beyond the 250–300 lb typical of home treadmills.
- Heavy machine weight keeps the frame stable through footstrike at speed.
- Full-length side rails.

Before You Order
- Check your ceiling. Add your height to the 14-inch step-up height at full incline, not the 7.5-inch flat figure. A 6-foot runner needs roughly 7 feet 3 inches of clearance to run at maximum grade without ducking.
- It does not fold. The Elite Runner X needs a permanent 84 by 35.5 inch floor position, plus clearance behind it for safe dismount.
- Plan the delivery. This is a heavy machine on a pallet. Confirm doorway, hallway and stairway access, and arrange help for placement before it arrives.
- Floor protection. A mat under the treadmill protects flooring and makes cleaning underneath easier.
Care and Maintenance
- After each use: wipe down the console, handrails and side rails.
- Monthly: check belt tension and centring, and follow the manual's deck lubrication schedule.
- Regularly: vacuum beneath and around the motor cover with the machine unplugged, as dust build-up is the most common cause of avoidable service calls.
- Always: unplug before cleaning or maintenance.
Safety Information
Always attach the safety key before starting a workout. Start the belt at a low speed and step on from the side rails rather than mounting a moving belt. Keep children and pets away from the treadmill while it is running, and keep the area behind the machine clear. Do not exceed the 400 lb maximum user weight. Use on a flat, level, hard surface and remove the safety key when the treadmill is not in use.
Pulse, distance and calorie figures shown on the console are estimates intended for tracking your own activity over time. They are not medical measurements and should not be relied on for any clinical purpose. If you have a heart, joint, balance or mobility condition, or you have been inactive for a long period, consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise routine.
