Please note: this spa is hard-wired, not plug-in. It requires a dedicated 50 A / 240 V circuit with 6 AWG copper four-wire including ground, installed by a licensed electrician with a GFCI disconnect. Most jurisdictions require a permit and inspection. Budget for the electrical work when you budget for the spa.
51 jets across five positions
Jets are distributed through the seats and lounger to work the neck, shoulders, back and legs, and each is adjustable, so every seat can be set to its occupant rather than everyone sharing one setting. Two 3 HP single-speed pumps drive them, with a separate dedicated circulation pump that keeps water moving and filtering continuously — so the big pumps only run when you're in the tub.
Gecko controls
The spa runs on a Gecko in.ye.3 control pack with an in.k500 full-colour touchscreen keypad — temperature, pumps, lighting and audio from one bright screen that's readable in daylight and at night. Gecko is one of the industry's principal control-system manufacturers, so parts and service are widely available.
Light and sound
Underwater RGB spot LEDs plus a central RGB LED let you set the colour of the water and shell, and the illuminated waterfall adds movement and a lit cascade after dark. The Hollywood Music 2.0 system provides built-in audio throughout the spa, and the "Armless" tablet holder keeps a tablet or e-reader at the rim.
Built to stay warm
Arctic MAX insulation packs the cabinet interior with layers of polyurethane foam, capturing heat from the pumps and heater inside the shell rather than losing it to the air — which keeps running costs down and, as a side benefit, noticeably damps pump noise through the cabinet wall. The frame is WPS (Wellis PolyStyrol), reinforced with polyurethane, and the cabinet is finished in grey with HorizontSide™ UV-proof, wood-textured panelling — it reads as timber but won't split, grey out or need refinishing.
Water care
Two Superfine cartridge filters handle particulates while the circulation pump runs, with an ozone generator injecting into the circulating water as part of the water-care routine. One 3/4-inch drain.

Siting and delivery
Filled and occupied, the spa weighs roughly 4,300 lb across a 52-square-foot footprint — over 80 lb per square foot. It needs a level base built to the owner's manual's specification; do not place it on a deck, balcony or raised structure without an engineer's assessment. Leave service access on all sides for the equipment bay, and confirm the delivery path before ordering: at 86.6 inches square this will not pass through a standard gateway.

Who it's for

Before you use it
Hot water immersion carries real risks. Keep the water at or below 104°F, limit soaks to 15–20 minutes, and get out if you feel dizzy, drowsy or nauseated. Do not use alcohol or drugs before or during a soak. Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, circulatory problems or diabetes. Children should use the spa only under close adult supervision and for shorter periods, and the spa should be covered and secured whenever it is unattended — an uncovered spa is a drowning hazard. Never use the spa alone, and keep electrical appliances away from the water.
