Overview
The HotCRYO is a guided-exercise capsule that combines infrared heat, cryotherapy jets and a built-in resistance training system inside a single enclosed pod. It occupies a category of its own: not a sauna you sit in, not a cryo chamber you stand in, but an enclosure you move inside.
That distinction explains its heat spec. The infrared system warms the capsule to 36.6 °C — body temperature — under sensor control. A traditional sauna runs far hotter, but a traditional sauna is not somewhere you perform yoga or Pilates. At body temperature the client works through a full session warm rather than overheated, and the capsule's environment supports the movement instead of limiting it.
The cold side is handled by cryotherapy jets with adjustable blades, so cold delivery can be directed rather than simply filling the pod. Heat and cold in one enclosure means a contrast session runs without the client moving between rooms or machines.
The exercise system is what separates the HotCRYO from a passive wellness pod. Four resistance ropes at 1.5 kg loading serve the arms and legs, and a virtual video trainer guides the client through low-impact programs from inside the capsule. Sessions run from a 10.1" touchscreen, with optional smartphone control on iOS and Android via QR code, and remote control through the manufacturer's mobile app.
Aromatherapy is built in. The capsule is configured to order from a range of additional modules, so the same base unit can be specified as a straightforward heat-and-movement pod or built out considerably further.
The capsule measures 3016 mm (118") long by 1520 mm (60") wide by 1800 mm (71") high and weighs 450 kg (990 lb), 550 kg (1,200 lb) crated. It runs from a standard 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz supply, drawing 2 kW with the infrared system and 3 kW with the cryo system equipped — no three-phase service, no electrical upgrade.
US deliveries include installation and staff training.

Before You Buy
Settle the configuration first. This capsule is built to order and the options materially change what arrives, what it draws and how long it takes. Confirm the full module list in writing on the order.
The extended warranty has a 10-day window. Coverage extends to three years only if elected within 10 days of purchase.
Confirm the display specification. Both a 10.1" touchscreen and a 24" screen appear in the manufacturer's component listings; establish which your configuration includes.
Specify voltage at order — 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz — and confirm the connected load for your chosen module set, since the cryo system alone takes consumption from 2 kW to 3 kW.
Plan the delivery route. 3016 mm long and 550 kg crated. Check door widths, corridor turns, lift capacity and floor loading before delivery day.
Screen clients as you would for any heat-and-cold modality, and confirm what training is included with the US installation.
