Overview

The Iceberg is a localized cryotherapy machine that delivers targeted cold air to a specific area of the body or face through a flexible hose and precision nozzle. Cooling is 100% electric — an electric compressor with heat-exchange technology, running R404 refrigerant — with no liquid nitrogen anywhere in the system.

That architecture is the point. There are no cylinders or dewars to store and secure, no delivery schedule to manage, no gas supplier to depend on, no per-session consumable cost, and no oxygen-displacement hazard in the treatment room. The machine plugs in and runs.

Output reaches −20 °C (−4 °F) at the nozzle. Sessions run approximately 5–15 minutes depending on the program and the area being treated; cryo facial programs run 5–12 minutes.

The unit stands on a wheeled base, so it rolls between treatment rooms rather than committing a room to it. It runs from either 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz supply, drawing up to 2.5 kW on a 20-amp line — no three-phase service, no electrical upgrade.

Two configurations are offered. The Simple is the base machine with hose and nozzle. The Grand adds the LED cryo facial mask and thermal imaging handle, extending the machine from body work into facial treatment and giving the operator surface-temperature feedback during application. The LED mask is held in place by soft rubber pins and connects by an unplugging lead.

Before You Buy

The extended warranty has a 10-day window. Coverage extends to three years only if purchased within 10 days of the machine purchase. Decide at the point of order, not later.

Confirm the electrical supply. The machine needs a dedicated 20-amp line. Specify 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz at order.

Plan the room and the access route. At 150 kg net and 2069 mm tall, the unit rolls on level floors but needs doorway and lift clearance on delivery, and the crated weight is 200 kg.

Ask about long-term refrigerant service. The system runs R404, a high-GWP refrigerant subject to phasedown. It is serviceable today; confirm the supplier's position on service refrigerant availability over the machine's working life.
