InfraStar S — Compact Infrared Vacuum Bike

The InfraStar S is the premium console model in the InfraStar range: a lower-body vacuum (negative pressure) cycling capsule with infrared heating, built around the largest display and the longest cabin in the line.

The therapy platform is shared with the standard InfraStar Bike — the same vacuum, infrared and cryo systems. What the S adds is the experience around them: a 15.6" touchscreen against 10.1" on the standard model, and a 2450 mm cabin giving more room through a session. For a studio selling a 30-minute booking at a premium price, the console and the cabin are what the client actually notices.

The riding position is semi-reclined and ergonomic, which reduces joint strain — the reason sports medicine and rehabilitation clinics use the S for low-impact training alongside wellness and body-shape studios.

Inside the capsule. A vacuum pump draws the sealed lower-body chamber to up to 30 mBar while the client cycles, with a 700 W infrared lamp heating to +45 °C at 890 nm and a collagen light at 633 nm. Speed runs from 25% to 100% across automatic and manual programs.

The Cryonick configuration adds a cold-air program to −20 °C (−4 °F), so heat and cold can alternate within one session rather than requiring a second machine.

Connectivity runs over Wi-Fi with Netflix, YouTube, Radio Garden and Facebook, with Bluetooth headphone pairing and iPhone or Android app control.

The machine measures 2450 mm long by 890 mm wide by 1220 mm high and weighs 350 kg, 450 kg crated.

US deliveries include installation and staff training.

Before You Buy

Confirm the feature list on your quote. Neoprene skirts, LED lighting, aromatherapy, EMS belts and red light pads are published for other machines in this range but not for the S. Establish exactly what ships with your configuration — particularly the skirt count, since the capsule needs a seal.

The extended warranty has a 10-day window. Coverage extends to three years only if elected within 10 days of purchase. The standard term is one year.

Specify the configuration and voltage at order — Grand and Cryonick differ in whether the cold-air program is fitted.

Plan the room and the route. 2450 mm long and 450 kg crated. Check door widths, corridor turns, lift capacity and floor loading, and allow clearance for the client to get in and out of the capsule plus servicing access.

Operator training matters. The capsule combines applied heat, applied cold on the Cryonick, and a sealed vacuum enclosure. Installation and staff training are included on US deliveries; confirm the scope and who delivers it.

Screen clients as you would for any heat, cold or pressure modality, and agree the intake protocol with the manufacturer before the first session.
