WalkingPad M2 – Foldable Under-Desk Walking Treadmill
The WalkingPad M2 is a foldable walking treadmill built for use at a desk or in a living space where a conventional treadmill will not fit. It folds in half at the centre hinge, dropping its footprint from 144.5 cm to 82.2 cm long, and at 12.5 cm high it slides under a bed or sofa or stands against a wall between sessions.
Speed runs from 0.5 to 6 km/h, which covers a slow desk pace through to a brisk walk. There is no handrail and no incline: the M2 is a walking pad, not a running treadmill, and the low profile is what lets it disappear when you are done with it.
Key Features
180° centre fold — halves the footprint for storage
- Folds flat at the centre hinge to 82.2 × 51.8 × 12.5 cm.
- At 12.5 cm high it fits under most beds and sofas.
- No tools and no disassembly to fold or unfold.
Two ways to control it — handheld remote or phone app
- Handheld remote with start, stop and plus/minus speed control.
- The WalkingPad app adds speed control and session data from your phone.
- Controls stay within reach while you are walking, with no console to reach around.
Automatic and manual modes
- Manual mode holds the speed you set.
- Automatic mode adjusts speed to where you are standing on the belt: move forward and it speeds up, drift back and it slows.
- Automatic mode suits desk walking, where you are not watching the controls.
Speed range for desk work or a brisk walk
- 0.5 to 6 km/h in fine increments.
- The low end is slow enough to type and take calls at.
- The top end is a brisk walking pace, not a jogging pace.
Cushioned walking deck
- Multi-layer deck with a cushioning layer between belt and frame.
- Anti-slip textured belt surface, 1200 × 400 mm.
- Low deck height keeps the step-up minimal.
Brushless motor — quiet enough for shared rooms
- 1.0 CHP brushless DC motor with pulse-width modulation speed control.
- Brushless design runs quieter and needs less maintenance than a brushed motor.
- Quiet enough to use during calls and in shared or apartment living.
Display and session data
- Onboard display shows time, speed, distance and step count.
- Readable from a standing position while walking.
- Session data also syncs to the WalkingPad app.
Lock mode
- Lock mode disables the controls so the belt cannot be started accidentally.
- Useful in homes with children or pets.
- Enabled through the WalkingPad app.
Cast aluminium alloy frame
- Cast aluminium alloy frame rather than pressed steel.
- Keeps the unit at 25 kg, light enough to reposition without help.
- Rigid enough to hold the deck flat across the centre hinge.

Is the M2 right for you?
- Good fit if you want to add walking to a desk day, you have limited floor space, or you want something that stores out of sight between uses.
- Not a fit if you want to run or jog. The M2 tops out at 6 km/h and has no handrail or incline.
- Check the weight limit. Maximum user weight is 100 kg. Confirm this before ordering, as it is a structural limit rather than a guideline.
- Check your power. This unit is supplied for 220–240 V mains.
Care and Maintenance
- Regularly: wipe the belt and deck surfaces with a dry or lightly damp cloth, and keep the area under the unit free of dust.
- Monthly: check belt tension and centring, and lubricate the deck per the manual's schedule.
- Always: unplug before cleaning, folding for storage, or carrying out any maintenance.
Safety Information
This treadmill has no handrail. Step on and off only when the belt is stationary, wear proper footwear, and keep children and pets away from the unit while it is running. Do not exceed the maximum user weight. Use on a flat, level, hard surface with clear space behind the unit. Unplug the treadmill when it is not in use and before folding or cleaning it.
Walking speed, distance and step figures shown on the display are estimates for tracking your own activity over time and are not measurement-grade readings. If you have a heart, joint, balance or mobility condition, or you have been inactive for a long period, consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise routine.
