The SPN750 II is built around a 13 kg stainless steel flywheel, and that figure is the one worth leading on. Flywheel mass is what carries the pedals through the dead spots at the top and bottom of each stroke, so a heavier wheel means a smoother, more road-like pedal feel instead of a stutter between pushes. Many home spin bikes run considerably lighter wheels; 13 kg puts this one in the range where the difference is noticeable from the first ride.
The drive is a belt rather than a chain. Belts run quietly, need no lubrication and do not stretch the way a chain does, which makes the bike practical in a flat, a shared house or a room next to somebody sleeping.
Seat height, seat post and handlebars all adjust, the saddle is extra-thick padded PU leather, and pulse sensors are built into the handlebar grips. An LCD console tracks five functions: time, speed, distance, calories and pulse.
Key Features
13 kg stainless steel flywheel
- 13 kg (28.7 lb) flywheel — heavy for a home spin bike.
- Carries momentum through the top and bottom of every pedal stroke.
- Delivers a smooth, continuous pedal motion closer to riding on the road.
- Stainless steel construction.
Belt drive system
- Belt rather than chain, for a quieter ride.
- No chain lubrication and no stretch over time.
- Replicates the natural, continuous feel of an on-road bicycle.
- Suits apartments, shared houses and early or late training.
Adjustable resistance
- Resistance adjusts by hand with the tension knob on the frame.
- Set your own intensity anywhere across the range rather than stepping between fixed levels.
- Adjustable mid-ride without dismounting.
LCD console with five functions
- Tracks time, speed, distance, calories and pulse.
- Single MODE button cycles through the readouts, with a scan setting.
- Backlit display, readable mid-ride without leaning forward.
Pulse sensors in the handlebars
- Contact sensors built into the handlebar grips.
- Pulse reads straight to the console — no strap and no pairing.
Adjustable seat and handlebars
- Seat height adjusts from 89 to 101 cm (35" to 39.8").
- Seat post and handlebar height both adjust by hand.
- Variable-grip handlebar gives several hand positions to move between on a long ride.
- Extra-thick padded PU leather saddle.
Gripped pedals with toe straps
- Secure-grip pedals with adjustable toe straps.
- Hold your feet through the full pedal stroke, including the upstroke.
- Ride in ordinary trainers — no cycling shoes or cleats needed.
Phone holder
- Mounted on the handlebars within easy reach.
- Take a call, follow a class, watch something or play music while you ride.
Powder-coated steel frame
- Powder-coated stainless steel frame with front and rear stabiliser bars.
- Built to stay planted through out-of-the-saddle efforts.
- Supports users up to 120 kg (264 lb).

Setting Up Your Ride
- Seat height first. Stand beside the bike and set the saddle level with your hip bone. In the saddle, your knee should stay slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke rather than locking out. The range is 89 to 101 cm, so check that against your own height before ordering.
- Then handlebar height. Higher is more upright and easier on the lower back; lower puts more weight through your hands and suits harder efforts.
- Then the toe straps. Tighten them so your foot cannot slide, with the ball of your foot over the pedal spindle.
- Check both before every ride. A seat post that has crept down or a strap that has loosened is the most common cause of an uncomfortable or unsteady ride.
- Use the hand positions. Move between the grips through a long ride rather than staying in one, which is what keeps wrists and shoulders comfortable.
Care and Maintenance
- After each ride: wipe down the frame, handlebars and saddle. Sweat is corrosive, and this is the single thing that most extends the life of an indoor bike.
- Weekly: check that the seat post, handlebar, pedal and stabiliser fixings are tight.
- Regularly: keep the area around the flywheel and belt guard clear of dust and debris.
- No chain lubrication is required — the belt drive needs none.
- Refer to the user manual for the full maintenance schedule.
Safety Information
Check the seat height and toe straps before every ride, and make sure the seat post and handlebar fixings are locked before mounting. Use on a flat, level surface with clearance on both sides to dismount. Bring the pedals to a controlled stop rather than stopping them abruptly, and do not dismount while the flywheel is still turning. Keep children and pets away from the bike at all times, including when it is not in use, as the pedals and flywheel can be turned by hand. Do not exceed the 120 kg maximum user weight.
Distance, calorie and pulse figures shown on the console are estimates intended for tracking your own activity over time. They are not medical measurements and should not be relied on for any clinical purpose. If you have a heart, joint, balance or mobility condition, or you have been inactive for a long period, consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise routine.
