The P4 Red Light Capsule (model P610) is a full-body clamshell LED bed from Protocol⁴ with powered light arrays in both the canopy and the bench, so red and near-infrared light reach the front, back, and sides of a reclining user at the same time. The capsule holds 21,600 0.2 W 2835-package LEDs split evenly across five wavelengths, 4,320 LEDs each, behind 120-degree lenses for wide, even coverage, and the arrays are driven by a constant-current power supply. A touchscreen in the canopy sets session time from 1 to 30 minutes in one-minute steps, selects one of six preset programs or a manual mode, and controls pulse frequency from 0 to 10,000 Hz with duty cycle from 0 to 100 percent, so light can run continuous or pulsed.
