The Traditional 5 is a single-person traditional steam sauna sized for a bathroom corner, bedroom, or home gym. The cabin is built from natural hemlock inside a dark exterior frame, with a full-height tempered glass front door and a matching glass side wall that open the sauna on two sides and let light through. Inside, a hemlock bench with a slatted front and backrest runs the width of the cabin, with a warm LED strip beneath the seat and a ceiling light panel above. The 4.5 kW heater sits inside a wooden guard at the front corner; ladle water over the stones for steam or run it dry. A digital touch panel mounted on the interior wall sets temperature and session time. The cabin plugs into a 220–250 V, 30 A circuit and assembles from prefabricated panels.
Sized for 1 Person: Exterior dimensions are 53 W x 48 D x 78 H inches, with a single bench and backrest. The footprint fits where a larger cabin would not.
Natural Hemlock Interior: Walls, ceiling, bench, and floor are natural hemlock, a light, fine-grained softwood with low resin content and a mild wood scent. The dark exterior frame gives the cabin a contemporary finish.
Two-Wall Glass Design: The tempered glass front door and glass side wall let light through on two sides while keeping heat inside. A chrome bar handle mounts to the door.

Rapid Internal Heating System and Insulated Airflow System: Medical Sauna's heater placement and sealed panel construction are designed to bring the cabin up to temperature quickly and hold it steady during a session.
Safe Cool Down System: Vents let hot air escape gradually at the end of a session for a controlled cool-down before you step out.
