The my5 is Power Plate's home platform, built around a handled column that provides support for dynamic and standing work — useful for users who want something to hold while training, and for anyone working on balance.
Three frequency settings between 30 and 40 Hz can be selected and adjusted per session, operated from pre-programmed quick-start buttons on the unit or a wireless remote that controls all exercise programs.
The plate surface is larger than Power Plate's entry models, giving more room for varied positions, and the platform supports a 300 lb maximum load.
Warranty: 3 years hardware, 1 year electronics, 1 year labour — the same coverage as Power Plate's commercial pro5.
