Overview

The my8 is Power Plate's connected platform — the same vibration engineering as the commercial pro5, with a touchscreen, resistance handles, and heart rate tracking built in.

Frequency runs 30–45 Hz in 1 Hz increments with selectable low and high amplitude. PrecisionWave™ Technology produces a high-fidelity harmonic waveform, and the Dual Sync™ Twin Motor System holds balance across the range under load.

What sets the my8 apart from a plain platform is the upper-body work. proMOTION™ handles with three preset resistance settings turn the platform into a full-body station rather than a standing surface — you're loading arms, shoulders, and core against resistance while the platform works the lower body.

An interactive touchscreen runs guided sessions, and heart rate displays on screen via Myzone or Bluetooth connectivity, so intensity is measured rather than estimated.

Sessions run in structured intervals — 30, 45, or 60 seconds, with a continuous timer up to 9 minutes.

At 245 lb with a 33" x 24" platform surface, it's built with the mass to stay planted while remaining a domestic-scale footprint.

Supplied with white glove delivery and installation (a $750 value), proMOTION handles, strap set, rubber mat, dust covers, instructions, and power cord.
