Overview

The pro8 is Power Plate's largest and most capable platform: the full commercial frequency range paired with the complete connected training system.

Frequency runs 25–50 Hz in 1 Hz increments with selectable low and high amplitude — the same full range as the pro5, set precisely rather than approximated. PrecisionWave™ Technology produces a high-fidelity harmonic waveform, and the Dual Sync™ Twin Motor System holds balance across the range under load.

Electronic proMOTION™ resistance cables with three preset levels bring the upper body into every session, and a cable extension kit is included to widen the range of movement patterns. This is the difference between standing on a platform and training on one.

A 12-language interactive LCD touchscreen runs over 250 coach-led programs and 1,000+ technique videos, with heart rate syncing over Bluetooth so intensity is measured rather than guessed.

Built for shared, daily use. At 373 lb with a 500 lb maximum load and a 38" x 33" platform, it's the heaviest, largest, and highest-capacity unit in the range — the mass keeps the platform planted so energy goes into the user, and the load rating accommodates users other platforms turn away.

Sessions run continuously up to 9 minutes.

Supplied with white glove delivery and installation, proMOTION handles, cable extension kit, straps, rubber mat, dust covers, and power cord.
