The REVIVE M4 Gear Pack pairs Mueller's full-leg air compression boots with the M4 console — a pneumatic compression system for home use, from a family-owned sports medicine company that has been making braces, supports and recovery products since 1959.
The pressure range is the specification to look at first. The M4 delivers 20 to 100 mmHg in 5 mmHg steps, which covers the full span from gentle to firm and lets pressure be set precisely rather than chosen from a few presets.
Each boot has four overlapping chambers. In the default sequential mode they inflate from the foot upward, one after another, then release fully between cycles. Three further inflation patterns — ISO, which isolates user-selected chamber pairs; Wave; and Flow — run at an adjustable frequency from 1 to 8.
Five programs run from the console: Recover, Warm-up, Isolation, Interval and a fully Custom program. Session time is adjustable from 10 to 90 minutes, with a Stay On continuous mode and Interval programs configurable up to 8 hours total.
The console is portable and cordless. An internal 11.1 V, 5,000 mAh battery runs up to eight hours on a charge, so sessions aren't tethered to an outlet, and the unit weighs 3.3 lb. Bluetooth 4.2 connects it to the REVIVE app on iOS and Android, where treatment parameters can be set and usage tracked session by session.
The boots wipe clean and never need submerging.

Before You Buy
Measure before ordering. Fit is by inseam and thigh circumference. The Large fits a 34–38" inseam up to a 29" thigh; above that, order Large Wide.
Read the contraindications below before purchase, not after. Several common reasons people look at compression boots — swelling, poor circulation, unexplained leg pain — are conditions the manufacturer says the device must not be used with. If any apply, consult a physician first.
Do not stand or walk while wearing the garments. Sessions are seated or reclined.
Charging takes up to 8 hours for a full 8-hour runtime. Plan charging around use.
Garment pressure limits differ. If you add other REVIVE garments to this console, note the manufacturer's caps: Half Jacket and Core garment 50 mmHg maximum; Impact Pants abdominal 40 mmHg maximum.
