This is a far infrared sauna, and the distinction matters before anything else. A traditional sauna heats the air until the room is hot enough to make you sweat. An infrared cabin warms your body directly with radiant heat while the air stays breathable — here up to 65°C (149°F) — which is why people who find a traditional sauna too intense can sit comfortably in one of these for half an hour or more. There is no stove, no stones and no water.
Seven carbon heating panels surround the seat: behind the back, along both sides, at calf level and beneath the bench, so warmth reaches you from every direction rather than one hot wall. Total draw is 1350 W at 120 V, and it runs from an ordinary household outlet — no hardwiring, no dedicated high-amperage circuit, no electrician.
The footprint is 900 × 900 mm, about the floor space of an armchair. Inside, a rainbow starry-sky ceiling, colour-changing LED strips and a backlit natural stone panel set the cabin apart from a plain wooden box, and dual Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling play whatever you bring in on your phone.
Key Features
Seven carbon heating panels, 1350 W
- Carbon panel emitters spread heat across a wide surface rather than concentrating it in hot spots.
- Seven panels positioned around the cabin, including behind the bench and at calf level.
- Adjustable up to 65°C (149°F) from the control panel.
- Ceiling-mounted temperature sensor holds the cabin at the set point.
Plugs into a standard outlet
- 1350 W at AC 120 V, roughly 11 amps — within the rating of a standard 15-amp household circuit.
- No hardwiring, no dedicated high-amperage circuit, no electrician.
- Set it up in a spare room, a bedroom corner or a garage and plug it in.
- Nothing permanently installed, so it can move house with you.
Rainbow starry-sky ceiling
- Colour-changing star points set into the ceiling panel.
- LED strips around the roofline and beneath the bench, matching the ceiling colour.
- Adjustable from the control panel, from bright to near-dark.
Backlit natural stone panel
- Stacked natural stone panel set into the rear wall above the heating panels, lit from behind.
- Warm amber glow that shifts with the cabin lighting.
- A focal point in the cabin rather than a bare wall.
Dual Bluetooth speakers with FM radio and media playback
- Two speakers mounted in the ceiling.
- Pair a phone over Bluetooth, tune FM radio, or play from USB or SD card.
- Volume, track and source controlled from the cabin panel without reaching for your phone.
Intelligent control panel
- Interior panel with temperature and timer displays, switchable between °F and °C.
- Separate sauna and heat modes, lighting control and full media controls on one panel.
- Mounted beside the door at seated eye level.
Ozone and ion air-treatment unit
- Ceiling-mounted unit with a selector between ozone (O₃) and ion modes.
- Intended for treating cabin air between sessions.
- Follow the user manual for when to run each mode — see Safety Information below.
Ceiling vent and temperature sensor
- Slotted ceiling vent for airflow while the cabin is in use.
- Temperature sensor mounted in the ceiling, where the cabin is warmest.
Full-height glass door
- Tempered glass door 1610 × 529 mm, running nearly the full height of the cabin.
- Keeps the space feeling open rather than enclosed.
- Lets light through so the cabin does not read as a closed cupboard in the room.
Two frame finishes
- Available with a black door frame or a natural wood door frame.
- Same cabin, same features — choose the finish that suits the room.
Compact 900 × 900 mm footprint
- Occupies about the floor space of an armchair.
- Fits apartments, spare bedrooms and home offices.
- 1800 mm tall — stands under a standard ceiling with room to spare.

Infrared or Traditional — Which Do You Want?
- Infrared (this cabin). Radiant heat warms your body directly at a gentler air temperature, up to 65°C. Sessions can be longer and the air is easy to breathe. It plugs into an ordinary outlet, fits a small room, and needs no plumbing, stove or stones. There is no steam and no water.
- Traditional. Heats the air to 80–95°C with a stove and stones, and you ladle water over the stones for steam. A more intense, shorter session and the classic Finnish ritual, but it needs a much larger cabin and a hardwired high-amperage circuit fitted by an electrician.
- The practical difference: if you want steam and searing heat, you want a traditional sauna. If you want to sit in warmth for half an hour in a spare room without rewiring your house, this is the one.
Before You Order
- It is a seated cabin. Interior height is 1700 mm (5' 7"), so you sit rather than stand. That is normal for a single-person infrared cabin, but worth knowing.
- Use a dedicated outlet. At 1350 W this draws about 11 amps for the length of a session. That is within a standard 15-amp circuit, but avoid running it on a circuit already carrying other heavy appliances.
- Check the room temperature where it will live. The cabin is rated for installation in surroundings between −5°C and 40°C, so an unheated garage is fine, but confirm your space sits inside that range.
- Measure the route, not just the room. It ships flat in long cartons — check doorways, stairs and turns for the carton, not the finished cabin.
- Allow clearance behind and beside the cabin for airflow and for the power cord to run without being pinched.
- Indoor use only. This is not a weatherproof outdoor structure.
- No water. This is a dry infrared cabin. Do not pour water anywhere inside it or onto any component.
Care and Maintenance
- After each use: leave the door open so the cabin airs out and dries fully.
- Regularly: wipe the bench and interior surfaces with a dry or barely damp cloth, and sit on a towel during sessions to keep sweat off the wood.
- Never use chemical cleaners, solvents or oils on the interior wood, and never wet the heating panels, the stone panel or the ceiling units.
- Periodically: check the power cord and plug for damage, and keep the ceiling vent clear.
- Refer to the user manual for the full care schedule.
Safety Information
Indoor use only. Plug the sauna directly into a suitable wall outlet rather than an extension lead or multi-way adaptor, and do not run the cord under carpet or where it can be pinched. Keep the area around the cabin clear and do not place anything against the heating panels or drape items over them. Do not pour water inside the cabin or onto any component. Do not leave children unattended in or near the sauna, and never leave it running unattended. Unplug it when not in use.
The ceiling air-treatment unit has an ozone (O₃) mode. Ozone is a respiratory irritant in enclosed spaces. Do not run ozone mode while the cabin is occupied; use it only with the cabin empty and follow the user manual's guidance on run time and ventilation before re-entering.
Sauna bathing raises your core body temperature and heart rate. Limit sessions, cool down afterwards and drink water. Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, circulatory problems, or any other medical condition, or you are taking medication, consult a qualified physician before using a sauna.
