This is a far infrared sauna, and that distinction is worth making before anything else. A traditional sauna heats the air around you to 80–95°C and you sweat because the room is hot. An infrared cabin warms you directly with radiant heat at a much gentler air temperature — here, up to 65°C. You still sweat, but the air stays breathable, which is why many people who find a traditional sauna too intense can sit comfortably in an infrared one for far longer.
Seven carbon heating plates surround the cabin — behind the back, along the sides, at the calves and under the bench — so the warmth reaches you from every direction rather than one hot wall. Total draw is 1450 W.
The cabin is Hemlock, a close-grained softwood chosen for saunas because it stays comfortable to touch at temperature and resists warping in heat. The footprint is 90 × 90 cm — about the space of an armchair — and it runs from a plug on a 3.5 m cord, so there is no hardwiring and no electrician to book.
Key Features
Seven carbon heating plates, 1450 W
- Carbon plate emitters rather than ceramic rods, spreading heat over a wide surface instead of concentrating it in hot spots.
- Seven panels positioned around the cabin, including behind the bench and at calf level.
- Operating range 18–65°C, reaching up to 65°C (149°F).
- 1450 W total draw.
Plugs into a standard outlet
- 3.5 metre power cord — no hardwiring, no dedicated high-amperage circuit, no electrician.
- Set it up in a spare room, a bedroom corner or a garage and plug it in.
- Nothing to install permanently, so it can move with you.
Starlight ceiling
- Fibre-point starry sky effect set into the ceiling panel.
- Colour-changing ambient lighting through the cabin, including under the bench.
- Turns the cabin into something to sit in with the lights down rather than a bright box.
Compact 90 × 90 cm footprint
- Occupies about the floor space of an armchair.
- Fits rooms where a traditional sauna could never go — apartments, spare bedrooms, home offices.
- Ships flat in two boxes for carrying through a normal doorway.
Full-height tempered glass door
- Glass door 161 × 53 cm, running nearly the full height of the cabin.
- Keeps the space feeling open rather than enclosed.
- Lets light through so the cabin does not read as a closed cupboard in the room.
Digital control panel
- Interior panel with temperature and timer display.
- Set your temperature and session length and leave it.
- Reachable from the bench without standing up.
Hemlock cabin
- Hemlock boards throughout, a traditional sauna softwood.
- Stays comfortable to the touch at operating temperature and does not splinter readily.
- Pale, close grain with a clean, light appearance.

Infrared or Traditional — Which Do You Want?
- Infrared (this cabin). Radiant heat warms your body directly at a gentler air temperature, up to 65°C. Sessions can be longer and the air is easy to breathe. It plugs into an ordinary outlet, fits a small room, and is ready in minutes. There is no steam and no water — nothing is poured onto anything.
- Traditional. Heats the air to 80–95°C with a stove and stones, and you can ladle water over the stones for steam. A more intense, shorter session, and the classic Finnish ritual. Needs a much larger cabin and a hardwired high-amperage circuit fitted by an electrician.
- The practical difference: if you want steam and searing heat, you want a traditional sauna. If you want to sit in warmth for half an hour in a spare room without rewiring your house, this is the one.
Before You Order
- It is a seated cabin. Interior height is 170 cm (5' 7"), so you sit rather than stand. That is normal for a single-person infrared cabin, but worth knowing.
- Check your outlet and circuit. At 1450 W this is a sustained load for the length of a session. Confirm the voltage and plug type for your region before ordering, and avoid running it on a circuit already carrying other heavy appliances.
- Measure the route, not just the room. Box A is 192 cm long. Check doorways, stairs and turns.
- Allow clearance behind and beside the cabin for airflow and for the cord to run without being pinched.
- Indoor use only. This is not a weatherproof outdoor structure.
- No water. This is a dry infrared cabin. Do not pour water anywhere inside it or onto any component.
Care and Maintenance
- After each use: leave the door open so the cabin airs out and dries fully.
- Regularly: wipe the bench and interior surfaces with a dry or barely damp cloth, and sit on a towel during sessions to keep sweat off the wood.
- Never use chemical cleaners, solvents or oils on the interior wood, and never wet the heating panels.
- Periodically: check the power cord and plug for damage, and keep the area around the cabin clear.
- Refer to the user manual for the full care schedule.
Safety Information
Indoor use only. Plug the sauna directly into a suitable wall outlet rather than an extension lead or multi-way adaptor, and do not run the cord under carpet or where it can be pinched. Keep the area around the cabin clear and do not place anything against the heating panels or drape items over them. Do not pour water inside the cabin or onto any component. Do not leave children unattended in or near the sauna, and never leave it running unattended. Unplug it when not in use.
Sauna bathing raises your core body temperature and heart rate. Limit sessions, cool down afterwards and drink water. Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, circulatory problems, or any other medical condition, or you are taking medication, consult a qualified physician before using a sauna.
