This single-person far infrared sauna is a hemlock cabin with a black-finished front frame around a full-height tempered glass door, on a 90 by 90 cm (35.4 by 35.4 in) footprint, roughly the floor space of an armchair. Seven carbon heating plates surround the seat: two wide plates on the back wall, one on each side wall beside the bench, a plate beside the door, and plates under the bench and at the calves, so radiant heat reaches the body from every side rather than from one wall. The cabin draws 1,450 watts on a standard 120V outlet through a 3.5 m (11.5 ft) cord, with no hardwiring required, and operates between 18°C and 65°C (64°F to 149°F).

Unlike a traditional sauna, which heats the air to 80–95°C, an infrared cabin warms the body directly at a lower air temperature, so there is no stove, no stones, and no water used anywhere inside. A digital control panel inside the cabin beside the door sets temperature and session time in °F or °C, switches the color light, and runs the built-in audio, which plays through two ceiling speakers from Bluetooth, USB, SD card, or AUX input. A starlight ceiling of recessed LED points and a color-changing LED strip around the backlit stone panel on the rear wall and beneath the bench provide ambient lighting, and a ceiling-mounted ionizer and roof vent handle air circulation. A wooden towel hook and cup holder are mounted on the left wall.

The bench measures 76.9 by 45.5 cm (30.3 by 17.9 in) and is rated for 249 kg (549 lb). Interior height is 170 cm (66.9 in), so this is a seated cabin. It ships in two boxes as pre-built panels for indoor assembly.
