The Sven & Son Harmony split king is a pair of independent twin XL adjustable bases that sit side by side to form a king, so each sleeper can raise, lower, and massage their own side without disturbing the other, and each side has its own remote. The base works with any mattress, including memory foam, latex, hybrid, innerspring, and air, and is sized for two twin XL mattresses. It raises the head up to 75 degrees and the foot up to 45 degrees, and a separate head-tilt motor angles the pillow section up to 7 degrees for reading or watching TV without straining the neck. A zero-gravity preset lifts the head and feet together to take pressure off the lower back, and an anti-snore preset raises the head slightly.

Quiet motors drive the adjustments, controlled by wireless backlit remotes with programmable memory positions to save favorite settings and a one-touch flat button to return the bed to level; a Bluetooth app for iOS and Android offers the same controls from a phone. A dual-motor massage system on each side provides three modes with adjustable intensity. Under-bed LED lighting on both sides, with a timer, provides soft illumination for getting up at night, and USB-A and USB-C ports on each side keep phones and tablets charged. An emergency battery backup lowers the bed to flat during a power outage.

The steel frames rest on adjustable legs that stack in 8-inch, 2-inch, and 2-inch segments for a total height of up to 12 inches, and the bases can also sit inside an existing platform bed frame. Mattress retention bars keep each mattress from sliding during adjustment, and standard king headboards, footboards, and side rails attach with Sven & Son's bracket kit, sold separately.
