The Large Panel from Renew Red Light is a 43-inch LED light panel that emits six wavelengths — 610, 630, and 660 nm red and 810, 830, and 850 nm near-infrared — from 304 five-watt 3535 LEDs on a ceramic substrate. About 84 percent of the LEDs are split evenly between 660 nm and 850 nm, with the remaining four wavelengths filling out the spectrum. Each LED sits behind a 30-degree lens, giving a spectrometer-measured irradiance of 150 mW/cm² at 3 inches, 126 mW/cm² at 6 inches, and 108 mW/cm² at 12 inches. Touch keys on the panel and voice commands select one of seven preset programs or a custom mode where you set red and near-infrared intensity independently, choose a pulse frequency from 0 to 9,999 Hz, and set session length; the timer switches the panel off automatically. The aluminum shell dissipates heat without visible flicker, and EMF output is low. The panel ships with a folding floor stand on small wheels, so it stands at full-body height out of the box and rolls between rooms, plus UV400 protective goggles, a power cable, and a user manual. Position the panel 6 to 12 inches from the body and wear the goggles during every session.
