Thermasol Ombra Outdoor Sauna

Ombra is ThermaSol’s largest outdoor sauna cabin, where modern design meets a tranquil retreat. Named after the Italian word for “shadow,” it uses signature reflective, tinted glass that creates a soft, ambient glow, blending light and privacy to form a peaceful escape, day or night. The exterior is thermally modified IPE Lapacho wood with a distinctive wave accent, balancing contemporary design with natural warmth.

Entering the Ombra, you first step into a private dressing lounge, a transitional space to unwind before or after a session. It’s lined with brushed Tyrol wood panels and has its own thermally modified aspen bench, and a frameless glass door separates it from the sauna room. Inside the sauna, floor-to-ceiling windows invite nature in while preserving a sense of solitude, and a natural skylight in the sloped roof brings in daylight from above. Brushed Tyrol wood walls and thermally modified aspen benches and backrests create a warm, comfortable space, and recessed RGB LED lighting sets the mood for evening sessions.

Ombra comes equipped with a 10.5 kW Harvia Virta heater with Wi-Fi for powerful, even heat and steam, controlled by a Harvia Xenio CX45 digital panel. Built for year-round use, its weather-resistant design, sloped roof, and insulated construction make it a natural fit for a backyard, garden, or lakeside retreat.
