The MedEq Fitness TimeLight Core is the most compact panel in the TimeLight lineup, a red and near-infrared light panel sized for targeted sessions rather than full-body coverage. You don't need a dedicated wellness room to fit a light panel into your day.

The Core runs on the RLPRO100 manufacturer platform and uses a 9-wavelength spectrum that includes red and near-infrared light in a single compact array. Red light shows as a visible deep red glow, while near-infrared light sits just past the visible spectrum and is largely invisible to the eye. Because the panel is small, it's designed for one area at a time, such as the face and neck, shoulders, arms, knees, or calves. Position the panel facing the area you want to cover and run your session from there.

Controls are kept simple. A full touchscreen on the panel handles session setup, and app-enabled operation lets you start and manage sessions from your phone.
