The Total Spectrum ELITE is the largest panel in RLT Home's lineup: 864 LEDs across a 65" x 20.5" array, nearly twice the width of the ULTRA, so it covers the full height and width of an adult body in one session without repositioning. It ships with RLT Home's motorized stand, which raises the panel from 29" to 64", rotates it from vertical to horizontal, and rolls under a bed or massage table on a low-profile base, so you can use the ELITE standing, seated, or lying flat.

All 864 LEDs feed RLT Home's seven-wavelength engine. Blue 480 nm and red 630/660 nm act at the skin's surface, near-infrared 810, 830, and 850 nm reach deeper into muscle and joint tissue, and 1064 nm short-wave infrared provides the deepest penetration in the lineup; with 14% of 864 LEDs dedicated to 1064 nm, the ELITE carries roughly 120 short-wave infrared emitters, the most of any Total Spectrum panel. The ELITE is an FDA-registered Class II general-use infrared lamp intended for temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain and stiffness, relaxation of muscle tissue, and a temporary increase in local blood circulation. RLT Home publishes third-party irradiance tests for the panel: 179 mW/cm² at 8 inches (solar power meter) and 121.62 mW/cm² at 6 inches (spectrometer), the highest figures in the Total Spectrum range.

Choose from nine preset programs or build your own. Custom mode sets intensity and pulsing independently for each of four channels (red, blue, near-infrared, and 1064 nm), with a pulsing range from 0 to 5,000 Hz. Control everything from the touch panel on the device or from across the room with the included remote. A 30-degree beam angle keeps output concentrated on the body at the recommended 6-8 inch distance. The LEDs are flicker-free, and the panel measures approximately 0.0 μT of EMF at 6 inches or more, verified with a Cornet EMF meter. Protective reading glasses and blackout goggles are included for eye comfort.

The 86 lb iron-housed panel and 53 lb stand are built for a fixed installation in a dedicated space, a home gym, or a treatment room. LEDs are rated for 100,000 hours, roughly 11 years of continuous use. Power draw is 1,540 watts on any 100-240V outlet; on a 120V circuit that is about 13 amps, so the ELITE runs on a standard household outlet, ideally on its own circuit.
