Overview
Vibe-X is a commercial-grade whole-body vibration platform, made in the USA in limited runs by RJRM Enterprises of Mooresville, North Carolina.
The platform produces three-dimensional, multi-directional vibration — motion the body cannot brace against in a single plane — with speed adjustable from 0 to 4,000 vibrations per minute across the full range. Low settings suit balance and postural work; the top of the range is built for power training.
The chassis is military-grade aluminum, fitted with anti-fatigue mats and built-in locking wheels for repositioning. Setup takes under five minutes.
Sessions are ten minutes. That's the design intent, not a limitation — the reflex response the platform works through attenuates with prolonged exposure, so longer isn't better.
